Vaginoplasty in Korea
The elasticity and health of the Y-zone are restored to their former state.
Procedure Process Explanation
What is Vaginoplasty?
The vagina of a woman can lose elasticity due to sexual intercourse, childbirth and aging, leading to vaginal laxity, reduced muscle tone, and diminished control of the pelvic floor muscles. This can cause diseases such as vaginitis, vaginal dryness, and urinary incontinence, as well as problems such as vaginal prolapse or decreased sexual sensation during sexual intercourse.
Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure that can improve muscle laxity and vaginal deformities. It restores the original elasticity of the vagina and surrounding muscles, resolving the discomfort caused by vaginal relaxation or urinary incontinence and even increasing sexual satisfaction.

Vaginoplasty Procedure
Vaginoplasty is performed under general or local anesthesia and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Suturing is done using dissolvable threads, so there is no need to have the stitches removed. The recovery period is about 6 to 8 weeks.

STEP 1
The dermal muscle layer is expanded by incising the vaginal mucosa.

STEP 2
The enlarged area is reduced by creating folds in the vaginal mucosa and dermis.

STEP 3
The wrinkles in the dermis are micro-sutured in three stages using dissolving thread.
Who Needs Vaginoplasty?
Vaginoplasty is a surgery undertaken to restore the previous elasticity and sexual sensation to the vagina when it has become loose or stretched due to childbirth or aging, or for reasons such as sexual discomfort or cosmetic concerns.
If you are considering surgery, it is important to consult with a medical professional to choose the treatment method that is best for you.
