Penis enlargement in Korea
As it grows, confidence grows too.
Penis Enlargement – Why?
Men can unconsciously fall into a comparison trap in places like public baths. Those who believe their penis is smaller than others’ may feel withdrawn and develop a small penis complex. In fact, many men suffer severe complexes due to conditions like micropenis or hypoplasia, which can go beyond psychological pressure and lead to social withdrawal.
The penis completes its development by age 21. The average penis length for Korean adult men is about 7.4 cm when flaccid and 11 cm when erect. A length of 4 cm or less when erect is diagnosed as micropenis.
Common penile enlargement procedures include dermal grafts, fillers, glans enlargement, and lengthening, and sometimes a combination of these treatments is performed.

Types of Penis Enlargement
Penis Enlargement – Dermal Graft
Dermal graft penis enlargement surgery involves implanting artificial skin made of collagen – similar to natural skin – without harvesting dermal tissue from the patient’s own body. This surgery enlarges the penis overall and is considered a pinnacle of male cosmetic surgery because it can simultaneously improve micropenis and premature ejaculation. Since it is completed with just one procedure, it is also cost-effective.
Among various artificial dermal products, MegaDerm is one of the thickest, with a 4mm-thick dermal layer implanted, offering the best rigidity among penile enlargement surgeries.
Key features of MegaDerm include:
- 20–40% thicker than conventional products, maintaining volume for a long time
- Removal of the basement membrane layer, resulting in a higher graft survival rate
- Tapered edges to minimize separation after implantation
- Increased tissue flexibility and tensile strength, reducing side effects and promoting faster recovery

Uniform thickness and high rigidity
Can be used in the desired thickness
Almost no foreign body sensation after implantation

Penis Enlargement – Fillers
Filler penis enlargement is a non-surgical procedure that injects collagen similar to human skin to enlarge the circumference of the penis and even treat premature ejaculation.
In particular, MegaFill, a collagen filler approved by the U.S. FDA and Korea’s KFDA for safety, has fine particles that allow dense injection into the desired areas. After the procedure, cell activation causes the skin to swell, increasing the penis circumference by about 4 cm, along with an approximate length increase of 2 cm, while also improving premature ejaculation.
MegaFill’s key features include:
- Contains 30% more pure dermis compared to conventional products
- Microparticled to one-tenth the size of traditional fillers, making injection easier
- Free of chemical synthetics, providing excellent biocompatibility
- E-beam sterilization effectively sterilizes without damaging collagen tissue
- Unlike liquid fillers, the microparticles promote tissue restoration and regeneration
- Provides disposable cannulas to minimize damage to surrounding tissues

Adjustable to desired shape and thickness
Additional filler injections are possible at any time
Filler injections can
be done after other augmentation procedures

Procedure Process Explanation
Penis Enlargement – Glans Enlargement
The glans is the most sensitive erogenous zone, and giving it the right amount of volume helps increase sexual satisfaction.
Methods for glans enlargement include fillers, autologous fat grafting, and dermal graft surgery. Recently, dermal graft transplantation has become the most popular and satisfactory procedure because, through the grafting process, nerves and blood vessels grow into the area, resulting in increasingly natural outcomes over time.
We recommend a glans enlargement in the following cases:
- If the glans is small compared to the shaft of the penis
- When aiming to provide greater stimulation to the female G-spot to enhance sexual pleasure
- If you want to delay ejaculation by reducing the sensitivity of the glans

Filler Glans Enlargement
This is a simple filler-based procedure that does not require surgery and has very few side effects. The procedure time is the shortest at around 15 minutes, and it can also improve premature ejaculation by reducing the sensitivity of the glans and therefore delaying ejaculation. Additional injection is also possible if necessary.
Autologous Fat Glans Enlargement
This is a surgical procedure to enlarge the glans using the dermis fat from the buttocks or abdomen. Although it can cause scarring, it has a high graft survival rate because there is minimal rejection response to the skin tissue.
Dermal Graft Glans Enlargement
This is a surgical method that implants human dermal material similar to one’s own tissue into the glans. Compared to autologous fat grafting, it leaves fewer scars and provides semi-permanent volume, making it the most preferred option. Over time, the implanted dermis is replaced by the patient’s own tissue, reducing foreign body sensation, and it offers greater enlargement effects than fillers.

Penis Enlargement – Lengthening
The average penis length of Korean men is 7.4 cm when flaccid and about 11 cm when erect. A problematic length due to conditions like buried penis or micropenis is considered to be 4 cm or less. Additionally, normally about one-third of the penis is visible when flaccid, and about half when erect.
Lengthening surgery is a procedure that brings out the hidden part of the penis to achieve lengthening. The circular ligament (fundiform ligament) and suspensory ligament are located under the pubic bone and support the penis; this area corresponds to the “hidden inch.”
If these two ligaments are positioned too far forward on the penis, it may appear shorter. By cutting the fibrous tissue surrounding these ligaments and freeing the hidden inch, the penis length appears longer.

Circular Ligament Release Surgery – Improves Penile Curvature

The suspensory ligament pulls the penis upward during an erection, while the fundiform ligament located in front of it only pulls the penis inward during normal times, and is therefore considered unnecessary.
Fundiform ligament release surgery involves carefully cutting this ligament to allow the hidden part of the penis to extend outward, resulting in a lengthening effect of about 2 to 3 cm.
The surgical procedure uses micro-incisions to minimize scarring and create natural-looking results.

Scrotal Webbing Removal Surgery
Scrotal webbing removal surgery is a procedure that removes the scrotal web—an abnormal skin connection between the scrotum and the penis. This condition can be congenital or result from excessive skin tension during circumcision. It can be aesthetically unappealing, make hygiene difficult, and cause discomfort during sexual activity.
The web can be easily removed using a laser or electrocautery device, and the procedure may also result in a visual lengthening effect of the penis.
